Ingredients:

  • ½–1 cup granola or muesli
  • ½–1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat is best)
  • A handful of strawberries, sliced
  • A handful of blueberries
  • 1–2 teaspoons honey (Manuka or raw, if you like)

 

Method:

  1. Spoon the Greek yogurt into a bowl as your base.
  2. Top with granola or muesli for crunch and sustained energy.
  3. Add fresh fruit – slice strawberries and scatter with blueberries for natural sweetness and nutrients.
  4. Drizzle with honey for a touch of extra flavour and gentle energy boost.
  5. Optional: Add chia seeds, flax, nuts or seeds for extra nourishment.
