Ingredients (1 serve)

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 frozen banana (for energy + natural sweetness)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (healthy fats + protein)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (fiber, omega-3s, gentle iron boost)
  • 1 scoop clean vanilla protein powder (plant or grass-fed whey)
  • Handful of blueberries and strawberries
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (blood sugar support + warming)
  • Optional: 1–2 medjool dates (extra energy boost)
  • Optional: 1 tsp cacao powder (for mood + magnesium)

 

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add more milk for a thinner texture, or a few ice cubes to chill.
  3. Pour into your favourite glass or keep in a shaker bottle nearby during feeds.
