Ingredients (1 serve)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 frozen banana (for energy + natural sweetness)
- 1 tbsp almond butter (healthy fats + protein)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (fiber, omega-3s, gentle iron boost)
- 1 scoop clean vanilla protein powder (plant or grass-fed whey)
- Handful of blueberries and strawberries
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (blood sugar support + warming)
- Optional: 1–2 medjool dates (extra energy boost)
- Optional: 1 tsp cacao powder (for mood + magnesium)
Method
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Add more milk for a thinner texture, or a few ice cubes to chill.
