Recipe: Avocado Brownies
Ingredients:
- 1x Ripe (but not bruised) avocado
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup of coconut sugar
- 1 cup Nutra Organics Collagen Powder
- 1/4 cup almond sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt flakes
- 1/2 cup dark choc chips
Method:
- Preheat Oven to 165 degrees celcius
- Add all ingredients to food processor apart from choc chips
- Blend together until smooth
- Fold in choc chips
- Scrape into bread tin
- Bake 35-40minutes - ensure the mixture isnt jiggly still. Should bounce back when pushed down on.
- Let cool to room temp. It will taste too avocadoy if eaten when warm straight out of oven
- Enjoy!
